How to know my server’s node?

February 13, 20260 views

Knowing which node your server is hosted on can be helpful for troubleshooting or checking for maintenance updates that might affect your specific hardware cluster. Here is how you can find that information through the Curt Creation portal.

Step 1: Access Your Service Details

  1. Log in to your account at the Curt Creation Client Area.

  2. On the main dashboard, find the Your Active Products/Services section.

  3. Locate the server you want to check and click the View Details button.

Step 2: Open the Control Panel

Once you are on the product overview page, you need to enter the specialized management interface.

  1. Scroll down to the Manage section.

  2. Click the blue OPEN CONTROL PANEL button. This will open the VirtFusion management interface in a new window.

Step 3: Identify the System Node

Within the control panel, ensure you are on the Overview tab for your server.

  1. Look for the technical details section at the bottom of the overview page.

  2. Locate the System label.

  3. The value next to it (e.g., NODE-20-APAC-SG) is your server's assigned node.
