How to Reset Your Server Password

Step 1: Open the Control Panel

1. Log in to the Curt Creation Client Area.

2. Under Your Active Products/Services, find your server (e.g., Singapore VDS) and click View Details.

3. Scroll down to the Manage section and click the blue OPEN CONTROL PANEL button. This will launch the VirtFusion interface.

Step 2: Navigate to Password Settings

1. Within the server management interface, click the Options tab in the top navigation menu.
   

   

2. In the secondary menu that appears, select the Password tab.

3. Click the Reset Password button.
   

   

Step 3: Select Your User and Confirm

1. A Reset Password dialog box will appear.
   

   

2. Click the User dropdown menu to select the account you wish to reset:

   • Select root for Linux-based servers.

   • Select Administrator for Windows-based servers.

3. Click the Reset button to confirm.
