How to Reset Your Server Password

Step 1: Open the Control Panel

1. Log in to your Curt Creation Client Area at client.curtcreation.net.

2. Locate your server & click the Manage button.

3. Click the Open Console button. This will automatically authenticate you and open the server management interface in a new window.

Step 2: Navigate to Password Settings

1. Within the server management interface, click the Options tab in the top navigation menu.
   

   

2. In the secondary menu that appears, select the Password tab.

3. Click the Reset Password button.
   

   

Step 3: Select Your User and Confirm

1. A Reset Password dialog box will appear.
   

   

2. Click the User dropdown menu to select the account you wish to reset:

   • Select root for Linux-based servers.

   • Select Administrator for Windows-based servers.

3. Click the Reset button to confirm.
