How to Set Up Account Sharing
If you want to allow a team member, developer, or friend to help manage your servers without sharing your own primary login details, you can use the built-in User Management feature. This allows others to log in with their own credentials to access your account.
Step 1: Access User Management
Log in to the Curt Creation Client Area.
In the top right corner, click on the Hello, [Name]! dropdown menu.
Select User Management from the list of options.
Step 2: Invite a New User
Once you are on the User Management page, locate the Invite New User section.
Email Address: Enter the email address of the person you want to invite (e.g.,
[email protected]).Permission Levels:
All Permissions: Grants the user full access to manage services, billing, and support tickets.
Choose Permissions: Allows you to restrict their access (e.g., only allowing them to open support tickets or view server details without seeing billing information).
Click the blue Send Invite button.
Step 3: What the Invitee Needs to Do
The person you invited will receive an email with a unique link.
If they already have a Curt Creation account: They can simply log in with their existing credentials to accept the invitation.
If they do not have an account: They will be prompted to create a new user profile to gain access.
