How to Create a FiveM Connection Domain
A custom FiveM domain allows your players to connect using a simple, memorable name (like yourserver.fivem.ph) instead of a numeric IP address. Follow these steps to set one up through the Layer Portal.
Step 1: Access the FiveM Domains Menu
Log in to the Layer Portal.
On the left-hand sidebar menu, click on the FiveM dropdown.
Select Domains from the list.
Step 2: Initialize the Setup
On the FiveM Domains page, click the green + Add Domain button in the top right corner.
The Add FiveM Domain window will appear.
Step 3: Choose Your Server
Under 1. Choose Server, search for your server by name or product ID.
Select your active server (e.g., Descriptive Weird - VDS-4).
Click Next >.
Step 4: Configure Your Domain Settings
Server Name: Enter your desired subdomain name.
Note: Use only lowercase letters and numbers. No spaces or special characters are allowed.
FiveM Port: Enter the port your server is running on.
The default FiveM port is 30120.
Review Domain Preview: Check the Domain Preview box to see your new connection links:

Step 5: Finalize
Click the blue Add Domain button to save your settings.
Your domain will now appear in the FiveM Domains list, where you can monitor its status and player count.
