February 13, 20263 views

A custom FiveM domain allows your players to connect using a simple, memorable name (like yourserver.fivem.ph) instead of a numeric IP address. Follow these steps to set one up through the Layer Portal.

Step 1: Access the FiveM Domains Menu

  1. Log in to the Layer Portal.

  2. On the left-hand sidebar menu, click on the FiveM dropdown.

  3. Select Domains from the list.

Step 2: Initialize the Setup

  1. On the FiveM Domains page, click the green + Add Domain button in the top right corner.

  2. The Add FiveM Domain window will appear.

Step 3: Choose Your Server

  1. Under 1. Choose Server, search for your server by name or product ID.

  2. Select your active server (e.g., Descriptive Weird - VDS-4).

  3. Click Next >.

Step 4: Configure Your Domain Settings

  1. Server Name: Enter your desired subdomain name.

    • Note: Use only lowercase letters and numbers. No spaces or special characters are allowed.

  2. FiveM Port: Enter the port your server is running on.

    • The default FiveM port is 30120.

  3. Review Domain Preview: Check the Domain Preview box to see your new connection links:

    • Primary: yourname.fivem.ph

    • Secondary: yourname.fivem.me

    • Connect Command: connect https://yourname.fivem.ph

Step 5: Finalize

  1. Click the blue Add Domain button to save your settings.

  2. Your domain will now appear in the FiveM Domains list, where you can monitor its status and player count.
