Troubleshooting Your Server

If your server is failing to boot or you have a corrupted filesystem, you can use Rescue Mode to troubleshoot and fix the issue. This boots your server into a minimal operating system independent of your main disk.

Step 1: Open the Management Control Panel

  1. Log in to the Curt Creation Client Area.

  2. Click View Details next to your active server.

  3. Scroll down and click the blue OPEN CONTROL PANEL button to launch the VirtFusion interface.

Step 2: Access Rescue Settings

  1. In the top navigation bar of the control panel, click on the Options tab.

  2. Under the secondary Options menu, click the Rescue button.

Step 3: Select a Rescue System

  1. Choose a rescue system from the dropdown list (e.g., Linux (Debian Live) Rescue v1).

  2. Click the Create Rescue Session button.

Step 4: Confirm and Restart

  1. A confirmation dialog will appear, warning you that the server will be restarted automatically.

  2. Click Create Rescue Session to proceed.
